Can I loading only 2D NOESY assignment list from BMRB?

Hi team, 

I want to do some research on nucleic acids, and the system is relatively small, basically no more than 40 bases. Usually, my focus may be on the attribution and identification of H-H 2D NOESY in amino protons region. I want to compare the data found on the BMRB website with experimental spectra to reduce the effort I spend on peak assignment. 

But I found that SPARKY or POKY almost always requires the full NMR data include HSQC/HMQC or even 3D experiments.

Can Sparky or POKY achieve quick peaks assignment or data import only for 2D experiments?

Hello,

 

 

POKY has a tool for N-HSQC and C-HSQC from RNA (Two-letter-code Ta). You can import resonances from Resonances tab first, and use the “Ta” tool.
