Error in test001.ft3 to .ucsf convention

Hi Team,

I am error/warning message during conversion test001.ft3 to .ucsf.

I used group conversion in poky.

Hi, this is too limited information to understand what caused the problem. My guess is that .ft3 does not have correct header from nmrpipe. In this case, “sethdr” is the nmrpipe utility to fix that. You can get some help from here: https://groups.io/g/nmrpipe
