Hi,

You need to use “ce”. That will generate a file for CS-Rosetta. It will ask the “condition” to use to generate the tab file. You select the condition (it will be seen as empty if you don’t have assigned conditions) first. Then, you will be directed to the file save dialog. It will open BMRB’s CS-Rosetta web page that you can upload the generated .tab file.

Hi Dr. Lee,

I assigned the protein sequence, but I am unable to generate the .tab file for CS-Rosetta structure analysis. Could you please help me with how to generate the .tab file?

I used cs and es two letter code for this, immediately there was a Poky selection Dialog box popup.
