Edit assignment label in POKY

Good Afternoon, 

I was trying to edit out the Assignment label in POKY so my residues are labeled without the "N-H" string at the end, e.g. 36S vs. 36SN-H. I usually do this by using the vt command to edit the assignment format. 

However I noticed that this time some of my peaks end up with the one letter aa code removed as well, showing only the numbers. This has worked in the past, and the only difference since has been the version of POKY that I have been using (20220114 build). I have also re-written the aa letter of the residues affected within the .list file I use to import peaks but have had no luck

Javier,

Recognizeable assignment format for a group is

AA in 1-letter + residue number.

For the serine 26 backbone nitrogen, it needs to be   S26N.

Good Morning Dr. Lee, 

I am including a few screenshots to better explain my situation, hope this can help clarify my problem. As I mentioned, I am trying to change the residue label in POKY to remove the N-H flag after the aa number and letter. I searched the web and found someone with a similar situation as mine. This method worked until I installed the new version of POKY, and now not all of the flags are removed when I apply the same approach. Residue 73 is not the only one, there are about five or six residues in the spectra that have the same issue.

Like I said, your assignment must be written like E57N-H not 57EN-H. It is not because of new version. It hasn't been changed.
