I have used Poky to analyze my CPMG data of a protein using Poky. Is there any script available for converting CPMG data from Poky for external programs such as RingNMR.

Hi,

 

I don’t know what format RING-NMR utilizes. Maybe NMRView format? Importing is possible but not exporting.

 

However, POKY has its own CPMG analysis module you can find from POKY Notepad. After loading script like below, then run it by CTRL (or CMD in Mac) + b.
