Re: Using Nessy for relaxation analysis with Poky

Dear Prof. Lee,

Is there any way to use Nessy for relaxation analysis alongside Poky? When I try to use Nessy I run into this particular error: "nessy is not in PATH. Tip: you can place the program in your home directory as well".

Do I have to separately install Nessy? Unfortunately the packages for Nessy from the original website seem to be broken.

Hi,

Yes, you need to install nessy separately and run using created peak lists by "rh".  But like I said, mode 1-3 are already covered in the poky's cpmg script.
