No Axis Labels on Windows Computer

I use POKY on a Windows computer and I cannot get the axis labels to appear on the outsides of my spectra. How do I add axis labels to my view panel? I've tried "> view > axes > show ppm values", but I've had no luck.

Please install properly with “poky_wininstall.bat”. Then, use “poky.bat” from the installed path\bin.
