POKY keeps crashing upon browsing to upload files

Dear Woonghee,

I am trying to use I-PINE and Poky structure Builder on the latest windows POKY version. But it keeps on crashing whenever I try to upload a file via the browse button. The problem persists with the older version as well.

Could you please help me regarding this?

Would you check this first to make sure if your files are okay?

 

1. Simulate an example set.
1. Ext. menu -> Spectrum -> SIM-PRAC -> 6457

                                                               i.      Add noise on the way

2. Save as a project
3. “sq” and load a generated .fasta file in the folder you used for the example set.
4. “ae”, set N-HSQC, CBCA(CO)NH, HNCACB and run APES.
5. Type your email for the I-PINE.

 

If this protocol runs without any problem, your files are likely not good. You can share me your files privately as well to confirm that.
