Re: Error for generation of NMRStar and TALOS input file

Dear Prof. Lee,

I am working with assigned spectrum of a protein and trying to generate the NMRStar (es)  and TALOS input file (tl). However, I am running into the same error and I am not sure how to resolve it. The error is below:

"During handling of the above exception, another exception occurred:

Traceback (most recent call last):
  File "/usr/local/src/poky_linux/modules/poky/poky_site.py", line 672, in func
    function_name, (session,) + extra_args)
  File "/usr/local/src/poky_linux/modules/poky/pythonshell.py", line 478, in invoke_module_function

AttributeError: stderr"

I am unsure as to how to address this error and would greatly appreciate your guidance in fixing it.
