Hi

I'm trying to analyze 2D spectra recorded on JEOL spectrometer, but I've got a problem with the conversion  the spectra on the sparky file format. I tried to save it in the bruker file format  in Delta software and than converted it into sparky file format, but it filed.
I would be appreciate for any suggestion and help.

best regards

Michał

Dear Michal,

I suggest using nmrpipe and pipe2ucsf.

Best,
Woonghee

Hi everyone,

I have the same problem. For some reason I cannot transform from JEOL Delta software to nmrPipe or Sparky to analyze them.

Any suggestions for POKY?

Best

Dear Angelo,

You can use “delta” of the NMRPipe package to convert to NMRPipe-format data. It generates a script running delta2pipe program. You can run that generated script to make NMRPipe-format data. Then, you can use NMRPipe/NMRDraw to process the data. After that, you can use the pipe2ucsf script or just drag’n drop into POKY.

Best,

Woonghee

Thanks a lot, is this command also working in POKY?

Thanks again

"delta" is in NMRPIPE. It reads the Jeol spectrum and makes a "delta2pipe" script.

Hi

I cannot install NMRPIPE again since I have a MAC m1 processor. How do I solve this problem?

This command is not available in POKY that is the only thing that works at the moment.

I try with virtual machine but i did not succeed
