Your fitting results seem empty. Do you have assignments for the first time point spectrum for both T1 and T2?

No assignments for both T1 and T2. Another question, if we finish the assignments, do we need assignments for the first time point spectrum for both T1 or for both T1 and T2?

Oh, arbitrary assignments are fine (like Z1H-N as you did).

First time point assignment labels on both T1 and T2.
