Dear Woonghee,

I am also starting to face the Poky license issue on the latest POKY BUILD 20231127 version after the unscheduled overnight restart happened on my Windows desktop. Never used to have this issue before. I have followed all the instructions mentioned in the previous posts relevant to the Poky licensing issue. After I click, “User Academic License”, “Yes” and “Apply” subsequently with below my account information. I am still repeatedly getting the same error message.

User account => Arun Gupta

Email => arun....@warwick.ac.uk

“Failed Invalid licence key has been submitted. Please retry”

I have also copied the messages which run on the command prompt in the background which might be relevant to fix the issue.

C:/poky_win/poky_win/python37_win/Lib/site-packages\urllib3\connectionpool.py:1020: InsecureRequestWarning: Unverified HTTPS request is being made to host 'poky.clas.ucdenver.edu'. Adding certificate verification is strongly advised. See: https://urllib3.readthedocs.io/en/latest/advanced-usage.html#ssl-warnings

  InsecureRequestWarning,

Please suggest the solution to the issue.

 Thanks!

 Arun

Hi Arub,

That is not SSL issue. I think that is related to windows update that maybe changed your computer environment. Does your home folder path contain any special characters?

Best,
Woonghee
