Hi team,

I'm attempting to open a poky file on which I've previously stacked 15N HSQC spectra and transferred peak assignments from BMRB, but I cannot reopen the project as either a .save or .proj file. The error message says the file is unreadable. I'm running poky on MacOS Sonoma and I've recently downloaded the most updated version of Poky, and have given poky, terminal, python, and xquartz full disc access.

Do you have suggestions for navigating this issue?

Thank you!
Sabrina

Hi,

Can you open .ucsf? If not, I am afraid if you have overwritten on it accidentally.

.save and .proj files are text files, so you can open with a text editor or poky notepad and see if ucsf path is designated correctly.
