(For E-sahayata,Raised voice) Story behind suggestions given for email & phone helpline at ICAI
When I was Chairman,EIRC, I had an opportunity to receive the newly elected honourable VP at the airport.
During the course of the discussion at the car, I pointed out that if we send an email or call to ICICI Bank, we got a reply, if our members & students do not get it. So, there should be a proper system. Such suggestions were also given to other CCMs. I had an opportunity to work with Honorable VP , when he was Chairman EIRC for the updation of Members Ready Referencer of EIRC for 3 months also in year 2001, perhaps.
