Dear Sir/Madam,

As per trail mail received from NIC, it is requested all to provide the filled-in form by today to have e NIC email ID. NIC email ID is mandatory to operate e-office which is going to replace present FTS. 

Hard copy of form also circulated to all of you.

Dear Shantanuji,

Hopefully this mail reached you. MoRD has upgrariding FTS to eOffice which should come to live by Friday as communicated yesterday. Then  FTS a/c  login and FTS site won't be working replacing http://mord.eoffice.gov.in with corresponding nic-email ID which we are yet to prepare .

So kindly instruct all employees ( regular / contractual /others) to submit their detail to create mail ID.  The form may be signed from Office with an excel sheet of employee list  as per the format enclosed.


Full Name, Designation, Preferred Email id**,Date of Retirement /Completion of Contract    Mobile No
                   / dept                                                / completion of contract

Kindly treat this as urgent otherwise movement of files from Aajeevika will be in trouble.

As migration of FTS to eOffice in MoRD is presently  going on, users would be requiring nice-mail ID to access the site. So users with  existing FTS a/c would be mapped with nice-mail ID soon.  The  form to create bulk -email ID is enclosed herewith and those who don't have email ID are  requested fill in the form with their   Full Name, Designation/Department, Preferred Email id**,Date of Retirement /Completion of Contract(Contractual employees/Consultants), Mobile NO immediately.  Sri Mr.Shantanu Bhoi , skbmi...@gmail.com has been designated as  the Nodal Officer for e-Office. The list is to be submitted latest  by tomorrow dated 19th June'2014.

Since Aajeevika & Aajeevika-Skills of MoRD have been identified in the First phase for e-Office implementation, you are also requested kindly to fill the two other forms enclosed herewith and submit accordingly .
