1. "Consumer Behaviour": Barring spending money on Retail audit research data (eg. IMS) or prescription data (CMARC, SMSRC), the Indian Pharmaceutical industry does precious little towards Market Research and other initiatives to understand the Consumer Behaviour of the external customers (doctors/patients) and internal customers (field force/employees). Armed with an M. Pharm and an MBA degree, what are the various initiatives you can think of undertaking in an area of responsibility of Marketing that may be assigned to you. You can focus on any one kind of external or internal customer.
You are expected to use the key learnings you have had from your "Consumer Behaviour" lectures in the class. The length of this write-up should be at least three pages of printed matter on an A4 size paper in a font size not exceeding 12.
