Dear All,

As a part of regular care and maintenance of equipment's, we (Ms. Wendy D and Ms. Akshata R) in-charge of three -20 refrigerators kept on SOS second floor lab would like to intimate you all about cleaning/ defrosting of the refrigerators which would be done on Wednesday, 23rd July 2014.

All the students (M. Sc & Ph. D) are required to check their belongings. Any kind of unwanted reagents/blood or serum samples, expired drugs, etc should be discarded immediately & things which will be kept back in the fridge should be properly labeled with name of student, date, Info about that particular thing. Simultaneous entry need to be made in a record book, which is there with Madhuri Ma’am.

Students are requested to be present around 10 am on Wednesday, 23rd July 2014 & kindly segregate their particulars, so that proper utilization of space can be done.

Note: Students who are not presently working in the lab (RRC cleared students) are requested to discard unwanted samples/reagents from -20 refrigerator.

So kindly be present.We hope that everyone will co-operate in this effort.
