FYI : The form for registration for China Tour.

Please keep in mind the following things before filling -

1. Please refer the itenary before filling the form.

2. These responses will be shared with Seema maam.

3. Please DONT FILL if you are sure about not going for the tour.

4. Avoid cancelling your name after registration. It will not be entertained.

5. Registration is on 1st come 1st serve basis.

Registration is open till 20th January '15, however sooner you guys register the better.

The process and guidelines of payment post registration will be shared with you in the next mail on 19th January'15.

Documents to be kept ready on immediate basis:

1. Photocopy of passport

2. 3 Passportsize photographs.

3. Advance amount.

The collection of advance amount of Rs.35000 (as informed in the itenary) will start once Seema maam instructs and registration closes.

If you have trouble viewing or submitting this form, you can fill it in online.

China Tour Confirmation Form

This is the final form whose responses will be shared with Seema Maam and Travel Partner - V-Explorer. Kindly fill it on priority basis and please do not fool with the form. Regards.
