JOB DESCRIPTION
Refreshments Category – South Asia
The Regional Brand Development team is responsible for driving the growth & innovations across the region. Key responsibilities include delivering topline & bottom line growths in line with the cluster ambitions through: developing & delivering innovation projects & deploying global/regional mixes
EXPECTED WORK
In the scope, there are 2 countries INDIA & PAKISTAN. Position holder will contact these 2 countries to build and deliver these projects.
General objective of the role is to lead projects & network executions to deliver on the following PDP objectives:
- Grow share
- Improve Gross margins
- Deliver Innovations OTIF
This would involve operational excellence in execution of research, communication, packaging and product development and Network management.
Will also be responsible for specific project on the parent brand/category
PROBLEM SOLVING
- Cross functional alignment with extensive work with teams across 2 Countries
o India:
§ BB
§ Local SC
§ R&D (Bangalore)
§ TEC - Kolkata
o Pakistan
§ BB & BD
§ TEC - Pakistan
- Cultural Interface – Cultural differences would need to be considered and overcome
CHANGE
- Innovation projects: Work closely with cross functional teams to deliver on identified projects. Lead networks for the same
- Support objectives on GM improvement through innovative thinking & challenging status quo
TASK HORIZON
This role will lead project & network executions. Since most projects would be 12 - 18 months in duration, that would be the minimum time required to determine successful implementation of decisions

SKILLS AND QUALITIES
• Strong team coordination & leadership skills with ability to coordinate across functions and organizations and ensure the brands agenda is carried out
• The person should have very good analytical skills, written and verbal communication skills, interpersonal skills. He should be hardworking, passionate and a self-starter.
• Strong appreciation for creative work & ability to give feedback.
• Person must exhibit a strong growth mindset and a high bias for action
Qualification: MBA in Marketing
Experience: 3 - 5 years of experience in Brand Develpoment /Brand Building role
Industry Preference: FMCG/Foods
