Important: We Care Report Submission

Hi All,

All of you are requested to ensure that the following tasks are completed on time:

 

1) Submission of the online feedback form by the students on or before January 25, 2012 ( mail was sent on January 20, 2012 with the link)

 

2) Submission of the original copy of  their We Care Certificate of Completion to the respective  Course Coordinators before February 4, 2012 (one
Xerox copy of the certificate to be retained for their record).

3) Submission of the hard and soft copy of the We Care reports (along with the copy of the daily and weekly log) on or before February 4, 2012 to  Faculty Mentor . Soft copy of the report should be submitted through the Google groups.

4)The original of your Daily log sheets, weekly report sheets and xerox of Completion Certificate duly signed by the mentor should be submitted in the hard copy of the report.
