“A unique International Internship Program with a unique concept of Multiple profile with multiple brands in a single internship so that a student can explore more along with his/her academics.
Corporate life is not only about 10 hours of office , work pressure , targets and deadlines, but it also includes joy, growth, new learning’s, team work and never ending desires to get success. The Winter International Internship starts interns’ rollercoaster journey towards success with UAS International A Unit Of United Accrual Services Pvt. Ltd. The internship starts by induction day of all the interns with a basic knowledge about the corporate culture.
The very next day, the session on online marketing will be conducted.
As per company policy, internship is about performing in four verticals.
The training on Human Resource will start with practical knowledge of 12 types of interview, corporate etiquettes, demo session of interviews, role playing activity in corporate, generation of salary slips, breakage of C.T.C , Type of Mails & assignments for the same will be given.
After completion of H.R Module, Profile of Finance comes; in which students come to know about deductions of tax, basic taxation terms, different financial sectors & practical assignments as well.
Research module is all about making of the project report and preparing a synopsis.
After this there will be a activity on “movie making” in which student had to make video on the profile & culture of the company & student can earn the prestigious trophy for best movie making.
Last but not the least, Marketing vertical in which a student turn to a corporate lady/gentlemen. Though it is not easy, but it is irresistible for them to leave this world and join back the normal life. Also, as per corporate culture, it can be something which shows how resolute you are…. How much devotion you can bring out of yourself for a particular task, how zealous you can be to survive in the jungle which is full of bad-ass attitude colleagues with their all sort of efforts to be the outstanding participants under the hawk eyes of mentor whose grilling was as hot as “Mojave Desert“.
They will be knowing more about the promotional strategy, brand concept and brand selling, customer satisfaction as well.
And last 5days will be for domestic travel & international travel fully sponsored by the company, whomsoever student will be scoring 75 percentile in International Live Project will be eligible for domestic trip to GOA with fixed steepen of Rs.8000 and whomsoever student will be scoring 90 percentile in International Live Project will be eligible for International trip to DUBAI with fixed steepen on Rs.12000.
Key Highlights of International summer internship Programme:
1) Student will explore four fields (HR, Finance, Research, Marketing) so that after this live project he can choose which field he is good in.
2) 4 Certificates (HR, Finance, Research, Marketing) along with one completion certificate
3) International convention to Dubai 4 days/Domestic convention to Goa 4 days for award night (Fully Sponsored trip).For this the students had to qualify the company clubs.
4) 8000 Stipend all the club qualifiers will get.
5) Top 5 students will get the instant placement for the position of Area Manager.
Note: We do not charge any commercials for this live project and the aim of this live project is to give the professional experience to the upcoming “ Young trunk Managers ” along with academic knowledge.
