Job Description:
- Manage customer inquiries and provide end to end resolution.
- Responding to Customer Queries through mail.
- Acting as a primary interface for all customer service inquiries.
- Handling inquiries and reporting to Concerned Authorities.
Skill Set:-
- Good Written & verbal Communication Skill.
- Hindi-Verbal & English – Written & Verbal – Both languages are mandatory.
- Good at negotiation and convincing.
- PUC passed a must.

Inbound Direct Sales Associate:
Job Description:
- To handle inbound calls and resolve customer queries effectively and sell relevant product to the customer based on their requirement.
- Qualification –Graduate/Under Graduate (Fresher can also apply) with a minimum experience of at least 6 months and more with selling skills.

- Excellent written & verbal communications skills
- Confident with ability to multi-task
- Team Player, positive approach and high energy levels
