Hi Folks,
I had a new member ask what the expenses are for the upcoming
rally. I answered the questions based on our current expectations. But
I thought I would pass it on for others who may be interested.
thanks,
Jack
The 29.95 price is the negotiated rate between Hacienda and the
Excel Club.
Friday night Margarita night is free altho we do ask you bring some
kind of finger food to share.
The wine tasting event should be free (we're still negotiating that
event).
We're expecting the cost of Saturday's catered dinner to be between
$15-18 per person with the club paying half the cost.
Ice Cream Social on Sunday is free.
Daily breakfast is free.
We
will also be offering various raffle and door prizes that will go for
$1 per ticket and we have a 50-50 raffle (winner gets half of
everything donated). These donations go back into the club towards
future rallies.
Hopefully this helps...keep in mind the events are preliminary and
subject to change. But I don't see any additional expenses. These
expenses are pretty typical for all our rallies. Let me know if there
are any additional questions I can answer...hope to see you there.
