Tomatillo Salsa Fresca

2 # fresh picked tomatillos, shelled and rinsed

4-6 jalapenos

2 serrano peppers

6 scallions

4-6 cloves of garlic

juice of a lime & zest if small

1 generous teaspoon kosher salt

Put all ingredients into a food processor and grind fine.
