We at the New Mexican Connection are currently working on a
downloadable eBook version of the Hatch Chile Cookbook which has been
out of print for about 3 years. What we are looking for are unique
recipes that include GREEN CHILE and are favorites of yours. If your
recipe is chosen you will receive a free packet of Chile seeds, one
packet of new ALL NATURAL ADOVADA chile mixes as well as having your
name, city & state below your recipe. The deadline for recipes is
August 31st, 2008... Hope to hear from all you awesome CHILE LOVERS
out there...
