When I lived in So. New Mexico, a friend show me a way to make chile's
I have not encounted since.
We blister the long chilies, stuffed with cheese, dipped in a beer and
flour mixture and fried. These were so good.
I still make them like that in Vegas and have a surprise when I serve
them.

Can you give more instructions on how to make this cheese stuffed chili
peppers in beer/flour mix?

Also have you tried slitting open one side of fresh jalepeno, stuff
with cheese, wrap uncooked bacon slice around it (pin shut w/toothpick)
and grill until bacon is cooked? Yummy treat at BBQ's.
