Hi John,

Glad to hear from a fellow chile lover. Especially someone from NJ. Of course now that you have lived, studied and graduated in NM that makes you an offical New Mexican...

 

Something about this Chile gets under anyone's skin it seems! I will make sure to get a well rounded blend of recipes to the group on a regular basis. For anyone else out there who has great HOT recipes, send them in. It could just get into our next Cookbook.

I attended college in Socorro in 1985 (graduated by the way) and was
from New Jersey.

I have fallen in love with Green Chile EVERYHING!  I still order 20-30
pounds every other year and green chile stew is my favorite.  Omlets are
second. Love to hear of any other recipes you may have
