[nmag-users] Install help for Arch Linux

Dear nmag Users,

I am trying to install version nmag-0.2.1 in 64-bit arch linux and get the following error when I run "make"

make[3]: Leaving directory '/home/ramkik/NMAG/nmag-0.2.1/hdf5/tools/lib'
Makefile:463: recipe for target 'all-recursive' failed
make[2]: *** [all-recursive] Error 1
make[2]: Leaving directory '/home/ramkik/NMAG/nmag-0.2.1/hdf5/tools'
Makefile:501: recipe for target 'all-recursive' failed
make[1]: *** [all-recursive] Error 1
make[1]: Leaving directory '/home/ramkik/NMAG/nmag-0.2.1/hdf5'
Makefile:419: recipe for target '.deps_hdf5_build' failed
make: *** [.deps_hdf5_build] Error 2

Any help with fixing this will be greatly appreciated.

Hi, this looks like the same problem described (with solution) in https://groups.google.com/forum/#!topic/nmag-users/X1m5b2kmEEU

Could you apply that ‘patch’ (manually) - it might solve the issue.
