Please share this information with list serves, employees, people who utilize your services and community members who care about the behavioral health system in our state.
On June 27, 2014, Congresswoman Michelle Lujan-Grisham will be hosting a community meeting from 5-7pm at the Unitarian Church on Carlisle and Comanche to discuss behavioral health. In preparation for the meeting, we are asking community members to fill out
a survey about their experiences with the behavioral health system. We would appreciate people who use services, family members, behavioral health providers, teachers, CYFD workers, state employees, and others with knowledge of the behavioral health system
taking the time to share their perspectives and stories. This survey is anonymous unless people choose to give us their information. We will not share any identifying information that is given to us.
