Valencia Shelter Services is seeking a Program Manager to provide management, coordination and leadership to the planning, development, and management of the Valencia Community Child Advocacy Center.   BA in Human Service field and any combination of education and training with the target population or 2 years relevant experience in human service related field, team facilitation, problem solving and conflict resolution, and working knowledge, experience and expertise in the area of child abuse/neglect and family violence.  Bilingual strongly preferred.
