Part 181 of the Federal Job Creations and the New Market Tax Credits have both been extended for another year. These
two acts combined with our tax credit can finance a substantial part of your movie. I have seen several deals that have
done just that.If your building infrastructure is even easier as there are many lenders who can wrap there heads around
something that can be liened rather than something like a movie that's harder to explain. I spent some quality time
with a Lawyer from OK who has experience in NMTC Film Investments this weekend. NM has $39m to move or lose by the
end of the year. Any takers ?
