Hi all,
Everything is in high gear for our missions next week: registration is catching on with sites filling up, training is sincerely useful, relevant and uplifting, and interest is mounting in the various sites across the country. Please hasten to register if you have not done so already.
Meanwhile, in keeping with our aim to have self-supporting missionaries, one of our own (Betty) has advanced a brilliant idea to assist us get some income: selling soap. This sounds viable since it promises immediate returns, requires low start-up capital (400/= makes 20ltrs of cleaning soap) and the skills are available.
How would this work? It would need very aggressive marketting, possibly between now and Thursday, then we can prepare the soaps on Sunday and distribute before 8th.
For this to really work YOU have to do at least this much: get us some market. This could be your friends and/or relatives who require cleaning soap, your church (you could ask your deaconry to buy from us) or schools, restaurants, etc. If we all got some market we'd be surprised at just how things work. God is waiting to do exceedingly, abundantly above what we ask or imagine. He only asks, What do you have in your hand?
So, make that call, talk to that person, visit that institution, and let us know the feedback via this channel. God bless you all.
