Greetings!
One of the most anticipated weeks of the semester is finally here. As we approach the end of the academic term, the Cultural Committee is delighted to bring a refreshing break filled with creativity, expression, and fun.
We are thrilled to invite you all to HUES, 2026  scheduled from 27th April to 2nd May 2026. This week promises a vibrant mix of themed days and engaging activities that celebrate talent and campus spirit.

The schedule for the week is as follows:

Day 1: Antakcharades

Day 2: Jersey Day – Wear your favourite jersey

Day 3: Meme Day – Create and post a customized meme featuring your friends, any situation! Get as creative as you want!

The winners receive an INSTANT CASH PRICE of Rs. 1000!!
Day 4: Entertainment Night – Showcase your talent (singing, dancing, stand-up, yoga, etc.)

Day 6: Ethnic Day – Dress in ethnic attire

We encourage everyone to actively participate and make the most of this exciting week. Detailed rules and guidelines for the events are provided in the attached Rulebook. Kindly ensure that you go through them carefully.

•⁠  ⁠And guess what? 30th April 2026 is now all about Pyjama Day so get ready to show up in your comfiest fits!

Everything else remains the same, so keep the excitement going and start planning your looks and performances accordingly.

MEME DAY – RULES & GUIDELINES
(For the post)
• Participants must create and post memes featuring their friends (or anyone they like).
• All entries must be shared on Instagram stories and tag the official page to be considered.
• The organizing team will repost selected entries on the official page.
• Memes must be respectful, non-derogatory, and non-offensive.
• Any content that is abusive, discriminatory, vulgar, or targets sensitive attributes (race, gender, religion, body, etc.) will be disqualified immediately.
• Ensure the person featured in the meme is comfortable with it - consent matters.
• Reposted memes will be put up on the official page with a poll (Yes / No).
• The meme receiving the highest number of positive votes will be declared the winner.
• The Cultural Committee reserves the right to reject or remove any entry that does not align with the spirit of the event.
