Hi everyone,

Guys, if anyone is interested in this please apply directly to anirudh...@gmail.com along with a copy of your CV. If you are interested in an internship, please indicate the period during which an internship is feasible (3 – 4 weeks’ duration would be ideal). Candidates who may previously have committed to other internships but would still like to be considered may apply for an interview.

A brief description of the practice and the expected role is set out below

The practice

Anirudh Wadhwa did the BA LLB (Hons) from NLSIU, Bangalore and the BCL from the University of Oxford. Anirudh is setting up his independent practice in Delhi and is looking for young lawyers to assist him. Anirudh’s practice is primarily in the areas of civil/ commercial litigation and arbitration. Anirudh also has ongoing engagements with the Law Commission of India and with Lexis Nexis (on arbitration and contract law).

The profile required

Candidates graduating in the summer of 2014 are invited to apply. Anirudh is looking for candidates with a demonstrable interest in and an aptitude for litigation as a career. Candidates are strongly encouraged to apply for an internship with him prior to graduation (the dates for an internship would depend on your academic calendar). People who have already graduated (batch of 2013) and looking for an opening may also apply if interested.

The role

The candidate will start as an Associate in the Chambers (preferably in July 2014, or earlier if from the batch of 2013). The work will be interesting, exciting and challenging.

The payout

Competitive salary, comparable with other chamber litigation practices in Delhi.

Best,

Sameer Dawar

You know, I have been a student of human nature and law for a long time, and I know the difference between men who stand for something and freaks like Anirudh Wadha who feel others ruin benefit him. Being a classmate of his at NLSIU, I would advise nobody to do business with him. He is a man known to be a cheat and a charlatan. And all he has to offer in return is his low cunning. He and his family are known thieves, and I would advise strongly to take your business elsewhere. You're welcome
