license for NLTK data sources

I wanted to use corpora/data in http://www.nltk.org/nltk_data/  Within this link specifically, I would Like to download and use: Wordnet #82 Averaged Perceptron Tagger #102, Treebank Part of Speech Tagger #104. I could not find any specific license for these data sources.

I want to know if any one knows where are licenses present for each of these : Wordnet #82 Averaged Perceptron Tagger #102, Treebank Part of Speech Tagger #104

for recent versions of NLTK you can do this:
