Fetch relevant answer from corpus

Dear all,

    I'm new to NLP and I tried to fetch particular relevant answers to any queries from the corpus text file, for that I tried the tf-idf technique. But it gives me the unwanted output. 

So, please give me some suggestions and tips to overcome this issue.
