Hi,

nltk.download() goes prohibitively slowly. Are there any mirrors, i.e.,
any alternatives to the "server index"
http://nltk.googlecode.com/svn/trunk/nltk_data/index.xml?

Thanks, best,

Adam P.

Hello Adam,

It would be cool if there was a mirror! (maybe one in Europe would be good)

Although the files are getting pulled from svn servers in a data
center (or data centers) somewhere; it seems like they shouldn't need
mirroring, ideally. Is it generally slow to get to things from
Google's svn for you?
