stopwords for Uzbek

Hello,

attached is stopwords list for Uzbek language (in Cyrillic letters),

since it is in the same language family with Turkish/Kazakh/Azerbaijan,

Uzbek stopwords list is derived from similarity of this language family

and compared against the Uzbek frequent words that are available online. 

Suggestions would be highly appreciated!
