Filling in of grades for the HS App

Hi guys,

Since the third trimester results have come out, some of you were wondering if you could include them in the app. Technically, the RCC can do nothing about you doing so or bind you in any other manner in re HS. However, we've discussed it among ourselves and the following were the main issues.

First, this prejudices students who have already submitted their applications without these four courses.

Secondly, unlike all the other courses, the grades for these four do not reflect re-evaluations, repeats, improvements, as well as the opportunity to check the paper in the concerned professor's office.Hence, the grades received in these courses are not at par with those received in the other 32 courses. HS wants final grades. The third trim grades aren't final yet.

Thirdly, as of now, we've asked Padma for a rank list only up to third year second trimester.

Hence, for the sake of uniformity we urge you to fill your forms only up to the 8th trimester.
