Ayush Nanda and Mainak were supposed to do it. However apparently the Vice-Principal has been elusive. Mainak now has exams so he will be busy. I spoke to Nanda twice but apparently he just can't get in touch with her.

basu, what happened with the second workshop in st. josephs?

I called the teacher twice. She didn't pick up. But she had said before the first workshop itself that it can only happen on a wednesday. So given tomm is a holiday i am guessing 2nd.

Okay. Also, we need a head count of people who will be staying around those days. A lot of us will be adjing so it is imperative that the others stick around handle things like sponsors/press/guests/parents/f & b.

Sounak. Just send across the list of people who will be adjing. These guys can delegate work accordingly.

Are the schools going to be registering their students on the spot? Because schools usually send across the list of participants beforehand for competitions. It will make our certificate work easier too?

True. We're asking them to send the names of their participants. Only the payment happens on the spot.
