Speaker Profile Mr. K.V. Sathyanarayanan Mr.K.V.Sathyanarayanan, affectionately called as Sathya by his friends is an Alumni of College of Engineering, Guindy.   After his graduation in 1965, he joined South India Shipping Corporation and became a Marine Engineer. Later he joined Denholm Ship Management in London as Chief Engineer.     He had varied memorable experiences at sea including fighting for Iran in the Iran-Iraq war for four and a half years by carrying ammunition for Iran in the war zones. He also had the unique experience retrieving a ship that sank in the coast of North Korea with outside temperature touching -5 degrees C. His exposure of 25 years around the world and couple of near death experiences has transformed him to live life with clarity. He treats those end of the road experiences as a very blessing to the reality of living in the Present Moment and celebrates life.   He had handled another very challenging assignment as CMD of a Public Limited Company in Hyderabad during 1994 to 1996.   He takes immense interest in human behavioral sciences like Silva Mind Control, Hypnosis, Transactional Analysis, MBTI and Neuro Linguistic Program. He is an active member of an underworld organization called “Revolution”!!   He was the Secretary of TA Society of India for 2 years during 1988-1990 and President of TA Study Circle of Madras for 5 years. He is a committed student of Vedanta.   He spends his time presently coordinating with SODEWS – NGO to serve his best for the upliftment of the Socially Backward and Economically Poor sections in rural areas of Vellore District.   He is the Organiser and Coordinator of Alma Mater’65 of College of Engineering, Guindy. He mentors on regular basis the pre final and final year students in “Self Mastery” techniques. His “Strategies of Success” are widely acclaimed by the final year students in their placements.
