From harmony at home, to growth in career it plays a vital role. what propels interpersonal effectiveness is the influence TA and awareness of our ego states , cognizing the ego states of the people surrounding us greatly guides us to flex our behavior and enhance interpersonal bonding.   This talk will give us an overview of the impact of ego states in influencing others.     METHODOLOGY   MOVIE BASED LECTURE ACTIVITY BASED DELIVERY   Body Language 101 - An Introduction One thing that sets apart Winners and others is in the ability to communicate effectively – especially through Body language. This language is mostly ‘unknown, unheard of, misunderstood or neglected’. But then, it is the most powerful language, in fact, it’s an International Language. According to Dr. Birdwhistell, “more human communications take place by means of postures, gestures, distances, eyes and hands than through any other means”. This Lecture will help you to decode and understand its importance. Putting it in to practice, participants will be able to make significant progress in all walks of life, especially in building excellent inter-personal relationships.
