Karpman Drama Triangle:

The drama triangle is a psychological and social model of human interaction in transactional analysis, first described by Stephen Karpman, in his 1968 article "Fairy Tales and Script Drama Analysis".

Karpman devised a simple yet powerful diagram for analyzing games:

He suggests that whenever people play games, they are stepping into one of three scripty roles: Persecutor, Rescuer or Victim.

As the game progresses,  people will switch from one position to another in the  game.

All three Drama Triangle roles are inauthentic. When people are in one of these roles, they are responding to the past rather than to the here and now.  They are using old, scripty strategies they decided upon as children or took on board from their parents.

Corporate Trainer and Motivational Speaker, Arun Kumar  S., will lead you through the different roles in the Drama Triangle, the existential positions, the switches in the roles  and elaborate on how to step out of the Triangle if you find yourself pulled into one.

Language Patterns in NLP:

When you go through life, not knowing what your beliefs are, and how to change them for the better, it's tough to tell whether you are reacting to your environment, or your environment is reacting to you.

The good news is that no matter how long you have continued living with your limiting beliefs and restrictive thinking, changing your life for the better is just one thought away. Once you shift your beliefs to the positive side, things can change like magic. The secret here is to adopt a language pattern for changing your view of the world.

One powerful aspect of NLP is to discover what kind of internal experience is elicited by the use of specific language. This enables us to use language in a very directed way in order to get the results that we want.

Major V.V. Narayanan, former Army Commando, thought leader, TA enthusiast and NLP Practitioner, will help you identify your beliefs and make the positive swing using language patterns.
