lambda_method in logs Nlog Versio 4.2.0

Hi,

Not sure whats happening but I'm seeing a lambda_method in the logs, I've tried searching the net with no luck. All the versions on each environment are the same, we're using octopus deploy so it should be. An example of the message is

2016-02-09 16:52:01.4129 | lambda_method | DEBUG | Attempting to read manifest 

and the code to write this log is

Logger.Debug("Attempting to read manifest file in " + message.EvidenceInfo);
