Good Morning Listmates!

I had my scans last week Friday and after waiting all weekend for the results, I finally went to my doctor's appointment this morning. Imagine my surprise when the receptionist told me that my appointment was yesterday!  Well, those of us battling LMS are a tad obsessive about our dates.......so I pulled out my appointment card which had been tacked to the side of my refrigerator for a YEAR and showed her the date - 3-26-13!......yep, it had the right date but the wrong day of the week in the computer. And my doctor was in surgery and the PAC was not in. 

Sooooooo, not being one to take no for an answer............I refused to leave without at least having someone (anyone - I didn't care if it was a damn janitor at this point) give me my scan results!!!....so I was asked to please sit and wait. 

Soon, my doctor's lovely nurse Sue (love her!) came out and told me that I am and remain NED and that there has been no change. I still have to go see the doctor on Thursday.........but that is just routine at this point. 

So, please join me in raising a glass to entering my 10th YEAR OF DANCING WITH NED!!!!!

Congratulations, Joni! So happy for you!       Wish I could say the same...do you know if any of our listmates have had any experience with Cyberknife?  I've been put up as a candidate for it by the tumor board where I get treatment, and am a little leery.  I, too, remember you were the first person to respond to my SOS back in 09 when I first found out I had this disease.
