Dear fellow members,

Please take the time to go to http://www.nlmsf.org/tissue-donation-forms.html  and read how to donate tissue slides to the Tissue Bank at Stanford University. If you have given a slide in the past - it's safe & sound and part of the tissue bank. 

But if you haven't done it yet, please read how to do it. It is so easy and will help researchers worldwide learn the causes, treatment and eventually a cure for LMS - and you can be a part of it with this easy donation.
