NOTICE FOR 29^th ANNUAL GENERAL MEETING (AGM) OF

THE INSTITUTION OF ENGINEERS (INDIA),

NASHIK LOCAL CENTRE

 

29^th Annual General Meeting (AGM) of the Nashik Local centre will be held on Monday, 20^th October 2014, Time: 6.00 pm to take up the following Agenda.

 

Venue: IEI, Nashik Local Centre, Sir Visvesvaraya  Marg, Nashik.

 

- AGENDA -

 

1. Welcome address by Chairman.
2. To confirm the minutes of the last AGM (28^th) held on 30^th October 2013.
3. To table and adopt the Annual Report and audited statement of account of Nashik local centre for the period from 01.04.2013 to 31.03.2014, copies of the annual report and audited statements are available in the office of The Institution of Engineers (India), Nashik Local Centre for reference of the member.
4. To appoint the Auditor for the year 2014-15 and fix up the remuneration.
5. To consider any other business with the permission of the Chair.
6. Vote of thanks.
