NOTICE FOR 28^th ANNUAL GENERAL MEETING (AGM) OF

THE INSTITUTION OF ENGINEERS (INDIA),

NASHIK LOCAL CENTRE

 

28^th Annual General Meeting (AGM) of the Nashik Local centre will be held on Wednesday, 30^th October 2013, Time: 6.00 pm to take up the following Agenda.

 

Venue: IEI, Nashik Local Centre, Sir Visvesvaraya  Marg, Nashik.

 

- AGENDA -

 

1. Welcome address by Chairman
2. To confirm the minutes of the last AGM (27^th) held on 23^rd October 2012.
3. To table and adopt the Annual Report and audited statement of account of Nashik local centre for the period from 01.04.2012 to 31.03.2013, copies of the annual report and audited statements are available in the office of The Institution of Engineers (India), Nashik Local Centre for reference of the member.
4. To appoint the Auditor for the year 2013-14 and fix up the remuneration.
5. To declare result of Election held for the Nashik local Centre Committee for the period 2013-2014 and 2014-2015 and handover the charge to the new committee.
6. To consider any other business with the permission of the Chair.
7. Vote of thanks.
