Strong experience testing Salesforce workflows, configurations, and releases across environments.

Hands-on with API testing (REST/SOAP) using tools like Postman or similar.

Solid background in integration testing across upstream/downstream systems and data flows.

Ability to design and execute functional, regression, and end-to-end test cases.

Experience validating data integrity, field mappings, and batch processes.

Skilled in defect tracking, root cause analysis, and release validation in Agile teams.

Nice to have: exposure to test automation frameworks and CI/CD pipelines.
