This group is for anyone interested in the former Northwestern Lutheran Academy (NLA). NLA was a boarding high school operated by the WELS (Wisconsin Evangelical Lutheran Synod) in Mobridge, South Dakota. The school was opened in 1928 and ran 51 years until it was closed in 1979. ;(
